Time

As summer quickly approaches, I have realized a few very substantial things recently. Take time to enjoy lifes precious moments. As my son, Martin graduated from high school Friday night, I made sure that I savored every second of the night. If you remember, Friday night was absolutely beautiful...Gods plan I know. It's kinda surreal for me. I guess I don't want to believe that Martin is on the way to a new chapter in his life. But, I know that I have given him all that I have and he has the foundation to move mountains if he desires to do so.
I have so many changes going on right now. As you know, my potential Pre-K job loss. Oh, how I am going to miss that as well.
Friends, just enjoy life and never take the time we are given for granted. It flies by and of course, nothing is forever. Reminds me of the poem that Dr. Long shared with us:

Nothing Gold Can Stay

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf,
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day
Nothing gold can stay.

Robert Frost
